Great speed, but one small problem

A nice speedy delivery of a good product, but unfortunately the enlosed cd containing the pdf's and files needed to setup the SAR715 cannot be read on any of the three cd drives in my pc :(

Can some nice soul tell which files are enclosed on the cd and where I can download them if they are not already on the Solwise site.

You just need the manaul for the 715 (version 8.2) from our site.

I have managed to get it working in xp so I know there's nothing wrong with the equipment itself.

It's very strange, but the CD itself actually reports itself as being blank when I look at it on the pc!

When I look at the underside of the cd, there are several rings in the middle of it.

They dont appear to be scratch marks, more like a processing problem (looks a little like grease?) when the cd was mastered.

Would be nice to have a working cd though :)

I had the same problem with the CD. I fixed it by closing the session using CD burning software (Nero). I should have shared this.

When the CD was made the session was left open. Solwise take note.
