I am regulary getting the following warning messages appearing:
"WARNING : ATM VC Congested : Interface - aal5-0, PortId=7, Vpi=0, Vci=38"
I have seen them most often in the morning, the messages appear evry 30 seconds or so & I can't get any connectivity to the internet.

Is this a configuration problem? If so what do I need to do to correct it, or is it a problem with the ISP or my BT circuit.

Has come up several times before. Suggest search SAR110 and SAR130 forums for "ATM VC Congested"

I get this quite a lot and its not actually caused me a problem and is theoretically not a loss in data unless the routers internal buffering overflows.

I have not had the connectivity issues when this happens though
