Sar 840v

I have just purchased a SAR 840V and for the most part it works fine however I am getting intermittent drop outs even though the ADSL sync light is on. I also have a SAR110 and had similar problems but these were rectified after updating the firmware. I use Plus.net for my ISP.

Any ideas or notification of a firmware update would be most welcome.
