I recently purchase a C1062W CCTV IP Camera. Set up was straightforward, although I was confused by two Y shaped cables included in the packaging but not mentioned in the documentation. I've since concluded that one of these cables is a tiny microphone and the other is used to connect the microphone between the power and the camera. However having connected these up and used the Headphone Icon in the software I am unable to hear anything on my PC. Is there anything else I need to configure to get this to work ?
