    Hybrex G1-824 call routing

    Can you help?
    I would like to stop our Hybrex G1-824 (connected to ISDN 10 line) from diverting incomming calls to the first free handset when the incomming call is for a busy handset/number.

    I have searched through the manual for a while now but nothing stands out as the solution I require.

    Ideally I would like the person calling in to get an engaged tone for the number they called.
    Is this possible?

    Is it a case of the call being diverted to the operator consoles i.e. not just any old free extension?

    What have you got set as a) the console group for the extension and b) the extensions within that group?

    The console group for the station group was default.(11 12 13 14)
    I have just removed all stations from the console group which has got me half way there.
    It now no longer diverts to another station when busy
    but the caller gets queued and hears a ringing tone not an engaged tone

    Can I set the system to give an engaged tone on busy stations?
