Help! Set up keeps losing all of my settings

    Hi

I have today received and tried to set up my PL-200AV - PUSH and my PL-200AV-PEW-N.

I have managed to get them aligned as a network but can not get either the Private Network settings or the WiFi SSID, password and security settings to stick.

My process has been to set the two devices up as a network through the simple connect button, then attaching my laptop to the PEW-N and using the utility console to "attempt" to change the network details. I get a confirmation message for all of the details i change, but they still disappear within minutes.

I am connecting my sky BB router to the PUSH in the kitchen and then the PEW-N is a close by plug socket to get it all done.

No joy, angry glenn and a kitchen at risk of damage!!

    Am i missing a trick?

    update:

The SSIDs keep changing as though the device is re-setting constantly.

It rotates between the expected SSID (the one on the sticker on the plug) and a different one, every minute or so.

    Faulty device?

    Hi Rik,

    The SSIDs are:

Aztech_118EAA (the one written on the back of the plug)
    Aztech_initAzt

    Update again:
When I just have the PEW-N connected, it seems to not change the settings.

As soon as i attach the other plug or move a plug to a different room, settings gone and back to looping between the two above SSIDs.

Please help, I am losing patience with this.

I will have to ask the firmware people about this one as we have never seen this before. In the mean time I would suggest you pop that one back to us and we will get you a new one out because I think there might be a fault with the one you have.
    I am sorry about this
